Message from the founder
I spent 32 years inside Japan's automotive industry, where products are judged on tolerances, documentation, and whether they keep working in the field for years. That standard is what we bring to consumer products entering Japan.
Since 2011 we have sold on Amazon Japan and Rakuten as an operator — not an adviser. We know how Japanese buyers read a listing, how they review a product, and how a strong launch can still fade in 90 days without the right operations behind it.
Many great overseas products never reach their potential in Japan, not because the product is wrong, but because the packaging, the copy, the certification path, and the after-sales support were never rebuilt for this market. That is the work we take on. If we are not the right partner for your product, we will tell you that early — and explain what we would change.
